On behalf of the Korean American Graduate Medical Association (KAGMA) and the Conference Scientific Program Committee, I invite you to join us at the 2nd Annual Korean American Health Conference in Los Angeles on July 15, 2017. It is an honor to partner with the Korean American Health Coalition for this special event uniting a diverse group of dedicated leaders under a common love of community and sense of social responsibility. Please join us with great expectations for an empowered coalition and a successful conference.
This 2nd Annual Korean American Health Conference is boasting an impressive scientific program featuring over 40 experts in many fields that intersect in healthcare from pioneers in medical science like Dr. Larry Kwak to defenders of our elderly such as our LA county prosecutor Tony Cho, Esq. Our distinguished keynote speakers followed by two case vignettes and 20 round table topic presentations and discussions will address key healthcare challenges that distinctly affect Korean Americans. Topics covered will include age and gender related illnesses and cancer care with a special focus on the needs of the KA elderly population. We will gratefully recognize the contributions of the 2017 KAHC health heroes: Dr. Wilson Park, Dr. Ho Bae, and Erin Pak for paving the way with their invaluable contributions to our community. The KAGMA joins the KAHC with the following goals: to inform, to educate, to inspire, to network, and to advocate for a healthier Korean America.
I look forward to meeting all of you at the 2nd Annual Korean American Health Conference as we forge ahead into the next steps of our collaborative efforts. Thank you for your partnership.
